Entity Legal name doesn't show up in the entity tombstobe after Save and Resume for local filings. #23420

Describe the bug in the current situation When the staff starts a local filling say "CCO" and press on. "Save and Resume" button then on the business dashboard under the Entity Tombstone the "Entity Legal Name" does not show up

Steps to Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://business-dashboard-test.web.app/BC1144649
  2. log in as Staff and enable FF to get the new dashboard
  3. Now start any local filing
  4. Make some changes by hitting Save and Resume.
  5. Observe the entity's legal name is missing

@riyazuddinsyed thanks for flagging this. We had another bug that should have resolved this. Can you re-test and confirm if you still see this issue?
