Survey Method Will help us understand how people feel about our product/service.

User Testing Evaluate our product/service by observing users as they interact with it. This will help identify issues, gather feedback, and understand how well the product meets user needs.

• what products do they use, how frequently
• how was their experience
• overall satisfaction
• suggesting improvements

User Testing

The purpose of testing our user's is to evaluate how they interact with our modernized products.

Key objectives of user testing include:

• Identify Usability Issues
• Validate Design Decisions (Does the app meet their needs and expectations)
• Understand User Behaviour
• Enhance Product Quality
• Fix usability issues

What is our Purpose/Goal? Observe and evaluate how the user interacts with our products:

• MHR Table
• Transport Permit
• Transfers
• Residential Exemption
• PPR/MHR Search)
