Document Type: Extend Transport Permit (103E)

When a home cannot be moved within the 30 day time frame, citizens will request Staff to issue a new transport permit with the same location details, granting a new permit with a new 30 day timeframe. The legacy system automatically cancels the old permit once the new permit is issued.

• Extend expiry date (30 days from current date)
• Keep permit number + issue date and time
• Can not change location information (read only)
• Add tax component
• A permit can be extended once for QS and no restrictions for MHR and SBC Staff

Who can extend

• MHR Staff
• SBC Staff
• Qualified Suppliers (Manufacturer, Home Dealers, Lawyers/Notaries) who issued the permit

Ah yes, thats what its doing, for civic address as well, it's pulling the Location Information that was created before the issued transport permit. Thank you!

Have updated it in my current work, will commit with the Create New Transport Permit

Hey @cameron-eyds , everything looks great, but just noticed a minor issue not sure whether it is related to this particular filing or not, in the review screen for the extend transport permit, when I enter all the information in review screen and navigate from review screen to MHR info screen, then the review screen information is cleared (Submitting party, attention). Please take a look, thanks!

Have fixed and putting into review with the changes for the Waive Certificate Review piece, will let you know once in dev!

• To Add, i only fixed the submitting party / Attn pieces, as the confirm completion and staff payment would already behave this way, not sure if that was originally intended or not but will leave current behaviour in place for those!
