API - Registration Model changes #23576

Update the registration model to support platform, strata hotels etc. From an end user perspective, everything should continue to work as it used to before this change.

You should continue to see what you were seeing before when you open the registration details view. Perform regression testing

PASS

Seems identical to before and all key functionality is operational. UI Version: v0.1.28

Ran smoke end-to-end tests:

Create Account as BCREG00025
As examiner, approve and generate Certificate
As BCREG00025 - Review and download certificate
Checked: application-status, application-details, registry-dashboard, registration-details, create-account, finalization etc.
