Description: If Add Another Contact is clicked and deleted with out entering any data, step 1 is marked as invalid

Steps to Reproduce Go to https://strr-ui-dev.web.app/create-account/ Click Add Another Contact in Step 1 Click Remove button with out entering any data Go to the next step

Current Behavior : Step 1 is marked invalid Expected Behavior : Step 1 should be marked as valid
