Email: Receiving two sets of Email Notifications while filing an Voluntary Dissolution. #23668

Describe the bug in the current situation When the user or staff files an Involuntary Dissolution, the Registered email address receives two sets of emails.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'https://test.account.bcregistry.gov.bc.ca/'
  2. Login as user/Staff
  3. File a Voluntary Dissolution
  4. Notice the number of emails the registered email address receives.

A VD performed for this company BC1059790 has sent more that one email for a single filling

The emails sent are identical, so it is an inconvenience more than a problem

It is believed this problem exists only in development or test environment. There is no evidence this is a problem in Prod. Closing the ticket
