BUG: Country information is not retained when going through the Application steps #23717

Describe the bug in current situation when changing address to another country outside of Canada, fill out the fields and go to next page. The country info is not retained and still show Canada.

Impact of this bug No non-canadian address can be filled in.

Chance of Occurring (high/medium/low/very low) Every time a non-Canadian address is filled out

Pre Conditions: which Env, any pre-requesites or assumptions to execute steps? In TEST

Steps to Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Got Create-account 2.Select Nont Canada as country 3.Navigate to next pages
  2. See error

Actual/ observed behavior/ results Country information is not retained when going through the Application steps

Expected behavior Should retain the entered country field.
