UI: Secondary Contact - Country Defaults to Canada for International Mailing Address #23730

Describe the bug in current situation Mailing address country defaults to Canada for international address when you move back to contact information section.

Pre Conditions: which Env, any pre-requesites or assumptions to execute steps? n/a

Steps to Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to contact information section
  2. Add a secondary contact
  3. Fill in an international address, eg United States
  4. Move to next section
  5. Move back to contact information section
  6. Country is Canada instead of United States

Actual/ observed behavior/ results The country defaults to Canada after going back to mailing address section

Expected behavior The country should not default to Canada and original country should be maintained after going back to mailing address section
