[ ] Users will see 5 steps in the stepper - "Property Manager Information", "Host Information", "Property Details", "Principal Residence", and "Review and Confirm".
[ ] "Property Manager Information" will be highlighted in the stepper.
[ ] Create placeholder for the Step
