BUG: Confirmation Email should not be filled in by the system #23809

Describe the bug in current situation

If you enter your email and not the confirmation email and then save and resume - when you open it on the resume, the confirmation email is now populated with the email.

Steps to Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://dev.create.business.bcregistry.gov.bc.ca/continuation-in-business-bc?id=Tl4Z79Y9h4&accountid=3040 OR https://dev.create.business.bcregistry.gov.bc.ca/continuation-in-authorization?id=TCzVSqSar4&accountid=3040
  2. Enter email in email address input
  3. leave confirmation email input blank
  4. click save and resume
  5. click resume button
  6. observe that the confirmation email input field is filled in

Actual/ observed behavior/ results

Expected behavior The confirmation email input field should not be filled in if the user has not entered any details there.

Note to developer: this should be updated for all filings that use this component in Create UI.
