Filings UI: change continuation filing name to "authorization" in some states #23823

When the continuation filing is in an "authorization" state, filings UI should call it "continuation authorization" instead of continuation application.

The authorization states are: Draft, Awaiting Review, Change Requested and Rejected.

The following need to be updated:

entity info
todo list
pending list
filing history list

should the entity info header (top white banner) show "authorization" instead of "application"? (we didn't change this in the authorization / step 0 or in the breadcrumbs)

are there any text updates? eg,
