BETA Banner and messaging for STRR #23847

Include the "BETA" label and associated messaging in the application form and across the pages including dashboard,

application details and registration details.

Apply this label to al external users (Examiner do not need to see this)

Design team to draft wording and have housing confirm.

Beta label locations (for all user groups, Hosts/PM's, Platforms, Strata Hotels - SH's need feasibility check) MVP: Application (application name) Housing launch page

Post MVP or nice to have: BCROS home page BCROS "My Business Registry" dashboard STRR "My Short-term Rental" dashboard STRR rental unit dashboard Staff Dashboard (different tooltip) Staff rental unit dashboard

@mbertucci I added some text around validity of applications, registrations, and certificates.

Note, there is some text needed about what the STRR let's people do - placeholder "lorem ipsum" text in the draft version in the Acceptance Criteria above.

@fionazhou-jsb Registries highly recommends adding this to the site while it is still under development. This was discussed last week during our status update meeting.

@stcepeda can you review and approve the language? I used the language proposed by Registries and made some changes. I notice the contact info are with BC Registries.

All applications and registrations issued in the Beta version of the Short-term Rental Registration application are valid and standard fees are required. Do we want to mention property managers? We also want to be sure we are using B.C. and BC correctly. Registries uses BC in the names of applications and the division, they use B.C. when referring to the province. Also, more information can be included in the tooltip if you want - we just have to be aware their is a limit to how much info we should be trying to convey in a tooltip.

@mbertucci we should confirm the contact numbers - I don't know who's handling support for this - support contact numbers are always a thing. Someone from Registries OCM might be able to confirm this for us - if not it might be Sal who would know.

@mbertucci I added a statement about "some features may not function as intended" from the Name Request beta - otherwise this is line with other Registries beta language. OCM should review as well. We need to confirm the contact information and update if necessary.
