In create application flow - Step 2 - Property Details:

Address (Line 1) input is not enforced (not required) and the error is not shown (screenshot 1)
This blocks the user from identifying why Step 2 is invalid (screenshot 2)
No field level errors in Step 2 while the whole step is marked as invalid

Reproductive in Test env by logging in as Host and going to /create-account url.
