Describe the bug in current situation

• Missing Registration date in tombstone for SP's and GP's (note, there is no Registration date in the tombstone for Corporations or Co-operative Associations)
• Add change button in tombstone for email and phone and redirect (URL this lands on is: https://test.account.bcregistry.gov.bc.ca/businessprofile?accountid=1999 where account id is dynamic based upon the account that the page is for)
• Disable change buttons for sole proprietorships when frozen (includes proprietor and business address change buttons)
