[Platform Application Form] - Application Submitted Page #23939

📖 User Story

As a platform user after I make the payment successfully I want to see a confirmation of my application submitted So that I know what to expect for the next steps. 

Context:

Platform users need to see a confirmation page that tells them the application has been submitted, and can go to dashboard to view application status or start a new application.

Scenario: STRR application submitted

Given the platform user is on the fee payment page When the user paid the registration fee successfully on the fee payment page Then the user is presented with the “application received confirmation” Page And Then the user is able to see a confirmation message about their application submitted, an option to create a new application, go to their dashboard.
