In keeping with what currently exists, I think it should say something along these lines.
Statement Text: I, Lucille Adal, the completing party, have examined the Articles and the Amalgamation Agreement applicable to the companies that are to be amalgamated by the filing of the Amalgamation Application and confirm that: a) the Articles and the Amalgamation Agreement both contain a signature line for each person identified as an incorporator in the Amalgamation Application with the name of that person set out legibly under the signature lines, b) an original signature has been placed on each of those signature lines, and c) I have no reason to believe that the signature placed on a signature line is not the signature of the person whose name is set out under that signature line.
Updates:
In the business corporation act, they call it "Amalgamation Agreement" and "Amalgamation Application" so I've updated that in the statement.
Please provide correction if I have misunderstood anything. Also are the signature lines referring to the certify section of the online application? @Mihai-QuickSilverDev @janisrogers
Suggest as first step we assign this one to Janis/Jacqueline to review
