Revise text: Provincial rules limit the operation of short-term rentals in some communities in BC to a principal residence plus one secondary suite or accessory dwelling unit on the same property. Confirm whether this property is located in a community with a principal residence requirement. @mbertucci This ticket is required for MVP - Currently there is no help for users to determine whether they are in a PR or not. Existing text and link should be revised as part of text edits in the final bug sprint.
