BUG: Platform application data breaks the "All" tab on the dashboard #24007

Describe the bug in current situation I noticed that the database has an application record for platform and this breaks the All tab in the dash.

Platform application record : 158

Regular application record : 165

Experience Issue: When switching tabs from All to Full Examination, the page is loading and did not show me the list of application under full examination. I had to refresh the page for it to load properly.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. go to "all" tab
  2. go to page 2 or 3 (just do not stay in the first page)
  3. go to "full examination" tab --> you will find the issue here
