Describe the bug in current situation Social Insurance Number not showing an error.

RED BOX not showing

Tested in DEV

**Pre Conditions: Dev environment

Steps to Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Host Contact Information
  2. Don't enter social insurance number
  3. click next or another stepper and the validation doesn't show

email validation should be working, just the red box
