Wrong link for "Review account" in staff notifications for new account approvals #24286

Open sandragornall opened 1 week ago

Describe the bug in current situation When staff receive notifications to approve a new account, the email contains a "Review account" link that does not work. See Jira ticket for more details and screenshots.

Travis shared the following:

     context_path = f"review-account/{task.id}"
        app_url = f"{g.get('origin_url', '')}/"
        review_url = f"{app_url}/{context_path}"

probably change that to origin_url = request.environ.get("HTTP_ORIGIN", "localhost")

or use a secret instead?
