Namerequest UI: name change NR should display "Change Name Now" #24332

Here is the "Change Name Now" button, which redirects to the entity's dashboard, for a "numbered name change":

However, this button is missing from the approved NR page. This page should also have this button:

A user can still go to their business registry page and "change name now" using the NR, or they can go to the entity dashboard, etc.

Olga's Team should work on this as it will be touched by the Directed Launch COLIN-vs-LEAR changes.

Why is this change needed and why is it needed now? We'll be doing a re-write for names down the road that incorporates names into the entities filing, so just trying to understand the value of making the change now (this would go for any names issues that are not break/fix)

This is a missing piece of "way of navigation", in which we lead users to the right place to use their NR. It would be nice to have this for the next few months (at least) until this functionality is re-written into the filings.
