[ ] Set up feature branches for Create API, Legal API
[ ] Run local POC in order to have full stack dev without hindering the tight entities deadlines

Feature branch name is feature/drs-integration on both Create UI and Legal API. NOTE: To run create UI locally, we might need to create continuation in application from dev, and replace domain with localhost. e.g. https://dev.create.business.bcregistry.gov.bc.ca/continuation-in-authorization?id=TA12RoHqFF&accountid=3040 to http://localhost:8080/continuation-in-authorization?id=TA12RoHqFF&accountid=3040
