NRO Decommission - Name_examination UI: Expiration date should show up when NR Approved or Condtional #24394

After the NRO decommissioning, the expiration date is now calculated immediately after the NR state is updated, with no need to wait for synchronization with COLIN. Previously, the expiration date appeared only after NR synchronized with COLIN, but now it should display right after approval. As shown in the screenshot below, the expiration date should be visible instead of displaying as "N/A"
