Set up nice link to new Entities Dashboard #24429

Currently the new entities dashboard link is as follows: business-dashboard-prod.web.app

We likely need something that includes gov.bc.ca to signal the page as valid and ensure consistency with our other apps/pages. E.g. business-dashboard.gov.bc.ca OR business-dashboard.bcregistry.gov.bc.ca

Note: This will likely need to be sent to Patrick Wei for processing. He is off until Tuesday the 19th.
