Steps to Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to BC Benefit Company - Add Staff filling -> Add Registrar's Notation
  2. Complete the process
  3. Verify Recent Filing History
  4. Additional text - EFFECTIVE as of Nov 15, 2024 in the new dashboard
