Legal Obligations Notification - Business Dashboard - UI DESIGN #2445

Users should be notified of their legal obligations regarding their company on initial launch of their dashboard (after paying for their incorporation) The notification can be dismissed with the option "Do not show me this again" The legal obligation information should be available elsewhere in the interface (e.g., Profile) This could also go in a News and Information section of the Business Dashboard.
