Edit UI: cannot use alteration NR of type BECC

1. first attempt
   • start with NR of type "new business" and change it to a conversion NR of type BECC (BEN to CCC)

   • NR = NR 9162020 (ph: 1234)

2. second attempt
   • create NR of type BECC
   • https://dev.edit.business.bcregistry.gov.bc.ca/BC0883569/alteration?accountid=2288
   • NR = NR 8998211 (ph: 1234)

This is not high priority because:

• this is not one of the "priority alterations" (BC to BEN and BEN to BC)
• this is a new conversion/alteration that we wasn't implemented until now
