Info Collection Notice incorrect email #24469

Repro Steps:

  1. Go to Test > Platforms > Application
  2. Click on the Info Collection Notice helpline near the top of the page

Actual: See screenshot Text is as expected But the email is incorrect

Expected: Email should be STRBranch@gov.bc.ca as per legal
