Agreement/Certify checkbox text incomplete #24470

Repro Steps:

  1. Go to Test > Platforms > Application
  2. Fill in form and go to Step 4: Review/Submit
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page

Actual: See screenshot 1st checkbox text is incomplete

Expected: Text should be identical to what was provided by Legal
