QA Issue - New Entity Dashboard - Resume redirection page mismatch between new and current #24473

Steps to Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to BC Cooperative Association - Change Business information
  2. Save FIle information
  3. Back to Dashboard
  4. Click Resume button in New and Current dashboard.

Fee summary section is missing when we click Resume button

Fee summary does not populate when data is incomplete. Guna has re-tested and confirmed this is not an issue.
