Draft incorporation dashboard

Description

Update the Business Filings UI to satisfy the Acceptance Criteria below. This is an enhancement to the existing Business Filings UI to create a new incorporation application, or display a draft or pending incorporation filing.

Acceptance Criteria

Scenario 1: Create Incorporation Filing

GIVEN I have a usable NR and no draft incorporation filing
WHEN I want to see my NR data and start my incorporation filing
THEN I want a landing page

Scenario 2: Resume Draft Incorporation Filing

GIVEN I have a usable NR and a draft incorporation filing
WHEN I want to see my draft incorporation filing and resume it or delete it
THEN I want a landing page

Scenario 3: Successful Incorporation Filing

GIVEN I have filed an incorporation filing and payment succeeded
WHEN I want to see my business and my incorporation filing under Filing History
THEN I want a landing page

Scenario 4: Pending Incorporation Filing - Payment Incomplete

GIVEN I have filed an incorporation filing and payment is incomplete
WHEN I want to can see my incomplete incorporation filing and resume payment
THEN I want a landing page

Scenario 5: Pending Incorporation Filing - Payment Failed

GIVEN I have filed an incorporation filing and payment failed
WHEN I want to can see my incomplete incorporation filing and retry payment
THEN I want a landing page

Scenario 6: Unusable Name Request (TBD)

GIVEN I have an unusable NR
WHEN I want to see what's wrong with my NR and take some corrective action
THEN I want a landing page

Scenario 7: Start or Move a Business (FUTURE)

GIVEN I don't have a NR
WHEN I want to start a business
THEN I want a landing page with a button to take me to the right web app
