BUS-CREATE-UI - Fee Module only loads in response to NR changes #3120

Describe the bug in current situation When a user first files an Incorporation Filing, the fee calculator works as expected. If they click on "Save and Resume " button then the filing loads up but the fee module doesn't show the outstanding amount.

Impact of this bug All the users filing the Incorporation Filing

Chance of Occurring (high/medium/low/very low) High/all clients

Steps to Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'https://business-create-dev.pathfinder.gov.bc.ca/businesses/create'
  2. Click on 'Save and Resume button'
  3. See error

Expected behavior Unclear what actions should trigger a call to the fee calculator. Other filings dynamically add fees when they become relevant. Incorp could match this, or simply always show the same fee.

I believe this has been addressed in a recent PR. I will validate before moving back to ready for QA column.

@cameron-freshworks Can you please try the following steps? I don't see the fee calculator after completing them: 1) log into dev (/cooperatives) using BCREG0020 2) click on Dashboard for NR 9431175 3) make a change and click Save & Resume later 4) you will be sent back to /auth 5) make your way back to the same NR via Manage Businesses 6) the fee calculator does not show and no steps are highlighted/expanded.
