Login route for unauthorized not-logged in users

What is the problem?

• Currently when the user is trying to access a url without logged in, they will be redirected to an unauthorized page

What is the impact?

• User have no information to what to do next

Proposed solution

• Add the authentication option component from the sbc-common-components and ask the user to login
• send the url which the user trying to access as a redirect url params and redirect to that url once the user is logged in successfully

it took me to a login page
