Setup the Apigee bcregistry organization test environment including:

[x] caches
[x] key value maps
[x] proxies
[x] products
[ ] developers
[ ] developer apps
[ ] proxy testing

Setup completed except for using Registry test keycloak account.

Still waiting for account information for the keycloak test environment.

Sumesh provided Keycloak test credentials: testing passed with bcros/doug_daxiom app user and registries-staff-test prod data service account. Closing as completed.
