Transition filing - Translation Name is different on the Transition output and the NOA

Describe the bug in current situation When the user files a Transition Application and makes a Name Translation then the Transition Output shows the correct Name Translation and the Notice Of Article shows a completely different Name.

Impact of this bug All the users filing the application with a Names Translation Change.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'https://dev.bcregistry.ca/business/BC1230018'
2. Click on 'Transition Application'
3. Click on View Documents
4. See error

Actual/ observed behavior/ results

Expected behavior The name translations for that company should display the same correct information on each output
