Error in corp_party: Failed create new party for CP0001696 Sentry error #6317

Describe the bug in the current situation Unable to POST a new party of director in colin api.Failing with an internal server error.

Impact of this bug Existing in Prod

Chance of Occurring (high/medium/low/very low)

Pre Conditions: which Env, any pre-requesites or assumptions to execute steps?

Steps to Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'https://test.bcregistry.ca/business/auth/home/decide-business'
  2. Complete a filing with the COD/AR
  3. Complete the payment
  4. Query the oracle db by hitting the colin api 5.See error

Was this reproducible, or can we close this and wait for another occurrence?
