Cannot access entity dashboard as staff

Impact of this bug Staff won't be able to assist callers or make any filings

Pre Conditions: which Env, any pre-requesites or assumptions to execute steps?

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to test.bcregistry.ca/business
2. Log in with idir
3. Search BC0879185 (an affiliated entity) or CP0001830 (non affiliated)
4. Click on 3 dots on right, then click on Entity dashboard
5. See error

Actual/ observed behavior/ results

Expected behavior GIVEN I am logged in as staff WHEN I click on entity dashboard THEN I should be redirected to the entity dashboard

Cleared cache and then it worked
