NR number does not show up after the successful payment there by making the user to create 2 NRs or more. #7345

Describe the bug in the current situation When a user enters the payment information and after the successful payment the NR number does not show up but the redirection URL with payment Id and status which is like "https://test.bcregistry.ca/namerequest/nr/7045/?paymentId=1132&status=Q09NUExFVEVE" but even the NR history doesn't show up.

Chance of Occurring (high/medium/low/very low) This happens intermittently

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'https://test.bcregistry.ca/namerequest/'
  2. File an NR
  3. Intermittently upon returning after successful payment the status doesn't show up
  4. See an error

Check this out to see if still happening with Thor's changes. Probably still a bug.
