The following response has been sent to Susan, BCOL Help and IT Ops:
First – thank you for the thorough check to ensure the account is set up with BCOL.
In this case the issue stemmed from a bug in the application. When a client is logged in to the Business Registry, and then clicks to navigate to Name Request, they do not stay logged in. A fix is in our development environment but has not yet been pushed to residents. We will keep you posted when the fix is made.
In the interim, when this client goes over to names they will need to use the log in button in the top right hand corner and log in (even if they have come from the Business Registry in a logged in state).
Please let me know if you have any other questions.

Description
Heads up, INC0087888 has been raised for this issue where BCOL payment link has been set up but user is still prompted for credit card at the NAME Request application.
Kane Shannon & Weiler LLP is set up successfully with Benefits and Coops and linked to BCOL a/c 677100 for payments. This is set up correctly. However when she logs in with the same credentials and goes to submit a Name Request, she gets prompted for the credit card payment method. She cannot link the new Names Application to her existing account that is already set up for BCOL payment.
