After performing a PPR Search using an account setup with PAD payment, the client receives an email informing that transactions have been completed and a dollar amount will be debited from their account. If multiple transactions are completed, numerous emails can be received during a day, some with a single transaction dollar amount and others with multiple.
Timing:
~Considering PPR will have clients performing hundreds of searches each day, clogging their inboxes with numerous emails informing them that transactions with payments will be processed in two days seems untimely. A summary email at the end of each day with a grand total of PAD charges for the day would seem more appropriate.~
The above actually occurs in test. In PROD, it is always once a day.
Format:
Font size is showing as very large.
Dollar amounts are displayed with only 1 decimal place.
Bold text seems to be unnecessary considering the purpose of the email.
Content:
Although the Email Subject refers to PAD transaction details, the only detail provided is a dollar amount. Perhaps mentioning where the client can go in the application to view transaction details would be helpful.
Is having BC Registries and Online Services in square brackets in the subject a standard for future emails?
The email displays the Account Name but doesn't call it an account.
Business hours are mentioned, but there's no indication of what those hours are. Considering the transactions could be done outside of normal office hours, is it necessary to mention it?
With the payment being processed in 2 business days, is it necessary to mention in bold the consequences of failed payments? Could a link to PAD terms and conditions suffice?
Who will do this work?
