Legal API - Prevent most filings for dissolved Coops & BEN

Background

We have Juypter notebooks to filed dissolutions for coops and BENs. We need the API to:

• [ ] API block any filings that are not in this list
• [ ] API can provide that list to other apps like UI, which can block any filing that's not in this list.

Allowed corporation filings when company is dissolved:

• Limited Restoration
• Full Restoration
• Court Order
• Registrar's Notation
• Notice of Change Respecting Dissolved Company's Records

Allowed cooperative fiings when cooperative association is dissolved:

• After the requirements meeting we learned that BC Companies can file the following when voluntarily dissolved:
  • Form 27, Notice of change respecting ...
  • Put back on
  • Limited Restoration
  • Full Restoration
  • Registrar's notation
  • Registrar's order
  • Court order
• Cooperatives can do the same thing, except form 27
