Unable to download the Corrected IA #7654

Describe the bug in the current situation When the staff makes a Correction and after the payment of NO fees then upon hitting the Incorporation Application button the error dialog displays saying unable to download the Document.

Impact of this bug Staff making the IA

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'https://test.bcregistry.ca/business/BC0880065'
  2. log in as Staff
  3. Click on the IA
  4. See an error

Not amazingly helpful but running a proxy locally, the actual error is a {"message": "Internal Server Error"} from the BE.

At 2021-05-20 22:37:57,708, the lear-api logged an error (in OCP) related to director delivery address. This looks like the Corrections address bug.
