@jyoti3286 this feedback came out of the BCOL presentation given on May 26th. It was also previously passed along to Claire at OXD as a result of user user research (https://citz.sp.gov.bc.ca/sites/SBC/REG/Projects/MVSM/Modernization%20Docs/Stakeholder%20Research/Research%20Reports/BCROS%20Round%205%20Discovery%20Findings%20-%20May%202020.pdf). Many employees at law firms are known by a name other than their legal name and would like an option to be viewed in the system in this way.

Thought is we provide an option for a nickname/alias in the user profile. We would need to discuss with the other team to see if there are impacts though and would need analysis to identify all the spots we display a team members name to determine if we should use their alias or legal name in that instance (e.g. on legal documents / outputs we cannot use an alias but for a transaction history we could).
