Prepare Release Notes for account creation changes. Release is Relationships: Account Management Changes

Description

Release will include 7540 7782 7596 7582 7563 7533 7434 7417 7381 - Available to end users (turn off feature flag) 6921 6848 6715 6504

7936 - button to create account has been suppressed for director search. This should not be included in release notes but an email should be sent to Bob Bowles who was involved in finding the issue.

The modernization team is releasing some changes today, June 22nd. Please forward to your teams.

ACCOUNT SETUP CHANGES • 7540 – Added a button in the manage business dashboard to navigate to the Name Request UI. • 7782 - Additional information is captured for business during account creation like Personal or Business Account, type of business and size of business. • 7563 – We have added the Account Number on the Account Information screen for an account. This can be provided to staff when requesting administrator changes. • 7533 - Action Based Account setup changes – o When a user selects the products that need access to Premium account (like PPR), then the Premium Account is auto-selected when they go to the next step of account creation and a clear messaging is displayed that says premium Account type is required based on the services the user has selected. o When a user selects access to the Business Registry and Name Request or Wills Registry, both the Premium and Basic account types are available for selection in next step of account creation. o If a user doesn't select any products, then an error message displays to indicate that they have to select a Product. • Vital Stats access – If a BCOL Account has access to Vital Stats, then it is automatically granted in the BC Registries application when they link their BCOL Account. o If a user selected a Vital Stats as a product and submit for staff approval, then it creates two separate Staff Review Records - One for verifying the Affidavit and another to verify the Vital stats access. • 7417 - In the Business Registry "Pending Review" tab, the sorting is reversed so the affidavit with the oldest submission date is at the top of the list. • 6921 – If a user already has an account and they click on “create account” button, a message is displayed showing that they already have a registry account and if they want another. • 6715 – PAD account credits can now be seen in the transactions screen. • 7596 – Fixed a bug where the invitation tab on staff dashboard was missing. • 7582 – The GOVM type account admins now get an email when their account is rejected by BC Registries Staff. • 7381 - VON API Integration – During account creation, users can see and choose their business name in the account name field when they start typing. If they don't have a registered business, they can enter any name they want in the field. • 6848 – PPR Access o Granted restricted PPR access to accounts who already had access in BCOL. Restricted PPR will be hidden for new clients. o Created fee codes for PPR. Please reach out to Jyoti, Melissa or Amit if you have any questions.

ACCOUNT SETUP CHANGES • 7540 – Added a button in the manage business dashboard to navigate to the Name Requests. • 7782 - Additional information is captured during account creation including Personal or Business Account, type of business and size of business. • 7381 - VON API Integration – During account creation, users can begin to type their account name if they choose “Business Account and will be presented with a drop down to select their business from. If they don't have a registered business, they can enter any name they want in the field. • 7563 – We have added the Account Number on the Account Information screen. A client must provide this number if they are submitting the Administrator Change Form to BC Online Administration. • 7533 - Action Based Account setup changes – o During account set up we now start by asking what products a client requires access to. o If a client selects products that require a Premium account, such as PPR (not yet launched), we will auto-select the Premium account and provide information on the screen o Note that “Business Registry and Name Request” will be the only product available with this launch. • 7417 – When BC Online Administration are reviewing identity affidavits, the sorting is reversed so the affidavits with the oldest submission date is are at the top of the list. • 6921 – If a user already has an account and they click on “Create Account” button, a new screen is displayed showing the list of registry account(s) that user has and confirming if they want another. • 6715 – PAD account credits can now be seen in the transactions screen. • 7596 – Fixed a bug where the invitation tab on staff dashboard was missing. • 7582 – Government account (GOVM) administrators will receive an email if their account is rejected by BC Online Administration.
