Affiliated NR says Invalid Incorporation Application on the first click. #8029

Describe the bug in the current situation When the user affiliates any NR which is approved for the first time and clicks on Open then the Dashboard shows Invalid Incorporation Application for the first time and not sure the time span until when the IA appears

Impact of this bug All users affiliating the NR

Steps to Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'https://dev.bcregistry.ca/business/' 2.Take an approved NR
  2. Affiliate the NR to any user 4.click open
  3. See an error

See if we can figure out what the timing issue is here. It will eventually let you open it.
