Hi Team,

I have reviewed some of changes that have been implemented in the past few weeks. I have a few questions or concerns.

1. The new BC Online website face, Looks clean, my worry is, client are going to get confuse – Go to New Business Registry Application for the BC Online application wizard process. Also as we only support chrome, Firefox and Edge with the new system – and most people still use internet explores, they click on the link, to find that the link will not work unless they change their browser.

image.png As a client, they will get frustrated they have to close this application and open a new browser to start again, if only they were told at the beginning. image.png

2. I see the implement of account numbers are in use. Am I to assume the numbers just go in numerical order and not in a random order as BC Online account numbers do.? Now that the account numbers are in use. If we, have to open an incident for an active account would you like us to reference the account in the request? Also will we ever be able to look up accounts by their account number instead of the account name.? or have the option?

3. The Rejection column, currently has 23 rejected accounts listed here, but as clients resubmit their application they are active as well. – Is this list just going to keep growing?, or is there away the successful accounts can be removed. IE Mulholland Law Office was rejected and since has an approved account.

If only, once we approved the resubmitted application, we could go to the rejected column, find the file, click view and have a remove or closed button. Just a thought image.png Just some thought that would be helpful…

@trishreimer maybe you have some ideas for #1? Maybe we can add something after the link, "please open application in chrome"

@Sienna-Blumstengel I will talk to the home team about updating the BCOL home page to include a note about browsers.
