Joanna has connected with Tanya at BC Registries who provided further information on BCeID & 2 FA. The client issue has been resolved.
The only outstanding concern from Joanna is that when calls get escalated, particularly in cases from Maximus, they are transferred with no background information available. Clients have to repeat all they have provided. It adds another layer of complexity in the support system.
Joanna will raise this issue with Cameron / Olisa.

Description
I have just created an Authy Desktop – entered the code from the BC Reg to the Authy app.
I tried to log back into BCROS with my BCeId and it is not recognizing the Code – it is treating me as a new client.
Do I have to start the whole Authy Twillio process over again???
Do I have to remove the Authy app I just loaded??
I had a client who was having a lot of issue with this and I wanted to replicated it to understand where the process fails.
