RFC - Send event to Orgbook #9435

Determine best way of sending events to Orgbook (maybe events listener?)

Dwayne Gordon and Steven Curran are our business contacts for Orgbook

@vysakh-menon @argush3 Could you please confirm if the orgbooks team has access to Postgres DB and if any testing was done?

I think Orgbook folks were given access to the Postgres DB for the different environments. Just double checking with @rarmitag right now. As for testing, I haven't heard anything from them since David Roberts and me provided them with some details/docs of how the new system looks/works.
