Verify - Name Request: Unable to download results #9723

Describe the bug in the current situation When a user files an NR and after successful payment clicks on Download Results then the error dialog shows up saying "Name Request Encountered an Error"

Impact of this bug All users who want to download Result

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'https://dev.bcregistry.ca/namerequest/'
  2. Complete a Name Request
  3. Click on Download Results
  4. See an error

Does this bug still reproduce? If not, can we close this ticket?

@riyazuddinsyed @jdyck-fw Does this bug still reproduce? Has it happened more than once?

It looks to me like a BE error for some random reason (eg, deployment, network interruption).

What we could do is have someone verify that the results can currently be downloaded from the subject NR. This would rule in or out a problem with the flow or NR data. (This needs someone with namex db access to look up the NR number from its internal id, and its access credentials.)
