**ENSURE the header, heights widths match the Business Registry Marketing Page

Given I am looking for PPR as a basic user When I go to the PPR Marketing Page Then I get a high level overview of the benefits and uses of PPR as well as a place to log in or create an account

And the PPR Marketing Page is responsive on both desktop and mobile device.

@jordiwes - I took out all the UXA items that were completed and added a couple more to the document above - there is still unfinished work - let's chat over a call tomorrow and prioritize the effort.

@jordiwes @chdivyareddy Here are the remaining issues that should be fixed before moving to RFQA -- There are two P2 items (including mobile) that do not need to be done for Go Live:
